大雄民宿 Melaka Town Homestay

为了方便大家能在低消费找到舒适的住宿，近来越来越多人经营Budget Hotel 廉价旅馆，尤其马六甲是大家公认的旅游胜地，Budget Hotel 接二连三地一年比一年多。对于Homestay 民宿可能还是一些人不知道它的用意。Budget Hotel 和 Homestay的分别是，Budget Hotel的设备没Homestay齐全，方便，一间房间最多可以让四个人休息。相反地Homestay最适合给一家人或一大群人一起居住，办群人活动也很方便，像是开派对这类的活动，比较拥有私人场所的感觉，设备和价钱当然也比Budget Hotel方便很多 便宜很多。

Many of budget hotels are building in Malacca now. Most people would rather stay in budget hotels, although they are cheaper than hotels but the facilities are lesser than homestay. May be people will confuse between homestay and budget hotel, budget hotel same as hotel, rooms are separate and it can't take in more than 6 guests, but homestay can stay for more than 8 persons...Homestay suitable for 12 people, like family, a big group, come for gathering, party or others purpose. Of course price is cheaper than budget hotel.

大雄民宿位于马六甲市中心 Melaka town area，出入方便，不管到旅游景点还是去吃马六甲最著名的美食或是土产，短暂的车程便能抵达目的地。大方慷慨的老板提供最好的服务和设备，他说要是有节日，就会抽空布置美化一下他的民宿，希望来这里住的客人能感受的气氛。还是会有一些自称自己经营的是Homestay可是规格却和Budget Hotel没什么分别，而这家大雄民宿却是让你能租下一整间家跟自己人聚会，并不是一间房一间房地租出去。价钱很便宜，不超过马币四百块，一共有三间房间，一间房间可以到四个人睡，来到这里真的有像自己家的感觉，要什么有什么非常方便！虽然冷气有很多架，但是就算不开冷气，只是开着大门吹吹风也很凉爽，空气很流通，一点都不闷热，晚上还能看到马六甲的夜景呢！

Da Hong Homestay is located at Kampung Lapan which is Melaka town area, it is near the attractions and shopping malls. The homestay was operated half a year, landlord is very kind and friendly, he was wiling to provide all my request, gave me all my wants and needs. This is also one of reason why people will give compliment of this homestay. He said sometimes he will decorate his homestay if there is any festivals, he hopes people will get surprise and feel warm when stay here.

It is a private unit of vacation home therefore not rent by room. Price is below than RM400, apartment newly renovated with 3 rooms, can stay for 12 person, each room can take in about 4 people and having private car park also. He said he was put a lot of efforts into design of homestay, it simple but elegant, there is no much different from photos, space is spacious, clean and comfortable. Having good ventilation inside and can enjoy Melaka view at night.

老板说他有重新粉刷过，也很用心设计这家民宿，简单到来很优美，照片上跟真实环境简直没分别，光线很足，客厅到厨房都很宽敞，给予足够的冷气和风扇，住在这里一点都不闷热。才经营半年的民宿却得到很多青睐也不是没理由的。我个人是以干净和方便为主，所以大雄民宿对我来说是无可挑剔，真的要说的话可能是要上到四楼吧....因为那是一间在第四楼的租屋，不过上到楼看到那么漂亮舒服的民宿，什么都值得了，再说本人体力就很好，四楼其实也没有很高啦....老板还特地安装ASTRO, DVD机和麻将，到了晚上多的是东西来打发时间。

Universal Studios Singapore USS

Universal Studios Singapore (USS), the first trip of my holiday before I start my work..Yeah, it was my first experienced and I was very excited...We went there by bus, we bought package from 707 bus only RM188 per person, it was included ticket price, it's more cost effective if buy package because the fare is free and they will give you car park redemption voucher, shopping discount voucher, meal discount voucher and the bus fee voucher, sound great isn't it?

But have to wake up early if you take bus, I woke up late that day, I didn't make up and wore very casual, the pant I wore on the day was sport pant. My hair is so troublesome, I always use about 30 minutes to 1 hour do my hair if I wash hair, but now I have to work,so I wash and straighten before I go to sleep, and the next morning I just use 5 minutes to do my hair. 

First theme park I stepped was Transformers, it was so cool and it was the only one I like.. It scared me actually because I sat in the first row, I think it moves a little bit fast for me ...Should I say it was a lucky day? My brother told me the weather is very hot and a lot of people line up there, you have to wait your turn for so long...I was worried about it at first but it was raining heavily on that day, weather was cold and not so much people, we just queued for 5 to10 minutes...No, I wouldn't stop playing even it was raining...Then after lunch continued next station....

The next station was Far Far Away, raincoat was very very expensive, my mom still keep it, she said too expensive can't throw, must reuse lollll

Musical performed by zombie, vampire, wolf, catwoman and so on... Showtime is 12.30pm , 2.30pm and 5.45pm

Went to watch how those directors make films, was a amazing show but I felt so annoying! I hate all the theme park got put the water effect, it got me wet all the time

Genting Highland and Hokkaido Sushi and Delicious, One Utama

How I spent my one week holiday? One day Singapore, two days stay at Port Dickson, and went Genting highland and Bandar Utama for two days. Vacation at Grand Lexis is not enough, so I went to Genting Highland with friends on the next day... It wasn't a special trip or what, just friends gathering, I haven't seen them more than a month! Before the Genting, I went to One Utama shopping mall to meet my friends by bus, then we lunch at Hokkaido Sushi, is the same company same boss of Sushi Zanmai and Pasta Zanmai, but I only tried Pasta Zanmai before. It's my very first time try Hokkaido Sushi, I will not recommend if the food is not nice

Not too salty and oily and foods are fresh, especially the soft crabs is my favorite. Honestly, it's delicious but the servings were little, my friend told me that their menu and dishes exactly same as Sushi Zanmai, not much different, but I'll give it a try one day. There was so many people having lunch here, took 20 mins to send us meal and we finished it in 10 mins, then we rushed to take bus..We went there by bus, one hour arrive Genting from One Utama to Genting Highland, but the driver drove very fast, reached there only in 30 mins 

I got a lesson now, just know that early book from internet can get cheap price...Genting totally spoiled my dream and hope, very disappointed with the room, room and toilet very small, didn't provide shampoo and body wash... After we rest for awhile, we went to shops and casino, maybe my friends all taller than me, make me look younger, guard requested for check my IC before I went in...Friends and I were applied for membership card, and slot card...We saw a lot of old people were sitting in front of slot machine, press the button and won points, I thought it's very to win then we played slot machine, at the end we lost 20 dollar... The next day, we went back in the morning, went to One Utama for lunch and shopping...

My friend bought me dinner at Delicious before I back to Malacca, I've never eaten there before....Price is awfully high!  I can't afford it! that's why my friend paid for me First time came here, first time ate brownie, both of us ordered crab and seafood spaghetti, very expensive but I was very satisfied the servings, it was huge and I finished my meal in 40 mins, because staff sent us cake first, was very full after I ate cake....Although it was all chocolate flavor but wasn't too sweet, the vanilla on top was very match and balance the taste of sweet...

I started my work on Saturday, after worked I went to Sunway and Genting again with my family...Lee Kwang Soo's cafe, Caffe Bene at Sunway Pyramid, many people queued for buying coffee, the garlic and cheese bread looks like delicious but I didn't buy....

Grand Lexis Resort and Avillion @ Port Dickson

Because of training, I only got one week holiday to rest... I wrote a random post about I bought Grand Lexis room from Groupon before, and now my dream came true. Last two weeks I went there, took 1 hour 30 minutes from Malacca to Port Dickson. Grand Lexis is on the outskirts of town, not easy to find this place, must use GPS! Room okay, facilities satisfied but totally poor service!

Deluxe Suite- Garden Living, 2 king size beds, private swimming pool, toilet mirrors around you, open the mirror can see swimming pool, mini fridge, microwave oven, kettle, iron and so on...Although there has swimming pool in room but I still wanna swim the public pool because that one is bigger hehe....I don't like the TB (tomboy) who was guarded there, her attitude was very terrible! Seems like look down on people...There also has bar for people enjoy, Saturday night might be more fun I guess... Not much people there cause I stayed on weekdays, I'm sure that will be hard to reserve room on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, mostly people will reserve within these three days...

The facilities and activities, gym, resort swimming pools, KMX and normal bicycle rental, archery range and etc.

They are providing many activities, you can fishing or bicycle or do anything you want, I only went for gym and swimming, you can join any one of activity but have to pay, price is reasonable....Yeah, extremely boring at night! Luckily I brought my laptop, has TV in room but few channels only...How I settle my meals? Well...I brought along my lunch from Melaka, and then I ate McDonald when dinner, the second day I went to a place that I never been for brunch, I have no idea what's the name of street, seems like a new development area, it is beside of sea, got Starbucks, McDonald, Pizza Hut or US Pizza neither one, I already forgot which one got Korean Restaurant, Thai foods somemore, and supermarket and foodcourt and others...

Swimming pool at Avillion

Before I back to Malacca, I went to Avillion again... Last time I found a photo from google, I was very curious how they made sofa above the water, so I went to seek the sofa...

I thought that they build above the water at first, actually it is on second floor of Avi Spa which is floating spa, the sofa is behind of lounge 

Avi Spa, they have won multiple awards, seen from a distance it looks like a church.. I like Avillion so much more, it is cheaper than Grand Lexis, it is beautiful than Grand Lexis, it is very fun than Grand Lexis, it has own private beach but Grand Lexis does not has it. Last time I went to Avillion's beach, hmm....water quite dirty, a lot of birds shits, but you can get peaceful when lie on the desk chair and bask in the sun...Rooms also nicer than Grand Lexis but kinda smaller than Grand lexis, just depends on your interested because both are different types, Avillion is more romantic I think...
