My Belated Birthday Celebration@Luna Bar, Kuala Lumpur

在我生日当天的时候他并没有和我庆祝

相反的是朋友帮我庆生

后来我们也为了这事小吵架

每一年的圣诞节我都会去吉隆坡玩

这次也不例外

去的前几天他问我要不要去Luna Bar

我除了问会不会太贵其余的也没有觉得奇怪

由于一整个下午都在逛街太累了

他开车带我去到Luna Bar 我迷迷糊糊在车上睡着

起来就到了目的地

酒店电梯有点旧 但Lobby装潢很漂亮

尤其是到了Luna Bar门口 我们俩像是井底之蛙那样 一路哇哇声地到了座位

我一直问他是不是故意让人特别布置位子

因为只有我们的座位有气球 有彩带 有花 有蜡烛的

虽然他一直否认但我心里面还有那么一点点觉得是他的主意

女生嘛 总爱自以为的

第一次到这样的场合吃饭真的不知道要怎么点餐

选择性不多

但饮料还蛮多选择的

很明显这里是喝酒多过适合吃饭

随便点了cocktail 感觉应该不错喝

他不太会喝酒 选了一个酒精太浓的 

结果还是我帮他喝完了

分量太小 连我都吃的不会太饱

他肯定吃得不够的

我看时间还很早建议我们再到别的地方吃

哪知道他说难得来到这样的环境 在坐一会儿

在我很专心玩手机的时候 

服务生突然边捧着一大盘精美的蛋糕边唱着生日歌

这是我才知道原来他带我来这里真正的目的

这一次我完全被蒙在鼓里

原来他拒绝我一开始想点套餐的目的是这样

原来服务员特地把座位布置这么漂亮的目的是这样

虽然这庆生迟来了一个礼拜

花费就不解释了

价钱都是一般酒店的定价

The Palazzo Cafe & Restaurant @ Bukit Baru

Feeling to blog honestly but lazy at the same time. I have been busy since I started part time job Boost Juice Bar until NOW. I got permanent job, never wanted work in tele-field (phone call field) but at the end I had no choice. 50% satisfied for current job, I'm satisfied for working as what I want which is recruiter, but another 50% dissatisfied for I have to do phone call interview. So far, I'm doing well lately, everything seems like going smooth smooth...

Many holiday experience I want to share, first of all, I would like to blog about FOOD. 

The Palazzo is a western cuisine restaurant, located at old Aeon before the waterfall, planned to celebrate my friend's birthday at here, thanks god I chose right place! The people, environment, food, everything was super duper great! Price was too high honestly but there is no harm having your dinner here, once in awhile is okay...

Place was spacious, no need make reservation, you may come here anytime because there is 3 floors restaurant, they do provide private car park, dining room for customers and many of seats at upstairs too. The portion of food was exactly same in the photo, big portion, juicy chicken chop, fantasy taste seafood pasta and awesome prawn aglio olio. They served food very fast within 10-15 minutes.   

I was satisfied all things except for the price, I accept the range but never expected it was so so expensive! I even can get a shoe for the same price. Total up we spent RM 147.85 (only 10% service charge) You may get the menu and price at bottom  Like what I said, spend it once in awhile is okay, I will come here in future but maybe I won't order the drink, I think that was the reason that we spent so much. 

Ipoh Trip: Day 2, 3 and Last Day

时间过太久，几乎都忘了当时的行程  这两个月都太忙了 很多报告都快到期限的时候才做好 就连开的服装网页也忽略了 没时间打理（放弃的状态）想说华语可以快一点 所以这一篇直接用华语介绍了。

其实每天都很想很想为了早餐而早起 不过第二天却睡过头了  一起床已经是中午12点 真的很想要继续睡但为了美食 一定要逼自己赶快起床梳洗。很多人说到怡保一定要吃鸡饭，在怡保大家都叫“芽菜鸡”。男友说带我去最好吃 最多人排队的那家 - 白宫鸡饭  真的很多人排队打包 现吃的可以直接进去找位子坐  里面坐满客人 如果只有一两个人去吃还可以搭桌位 要是跟一群朋友 可能要等位子了。这一餐午餐 等超久的 快半小时吧我想....饭菜来之前 他们会先送碗热汤 刚好是我最才的酸菜汤 好好喝哦...终于鸡 饭都送来了 就跟照片一样点了好多的菜 就简单的两个字形容这味道：好吃！

之后就到商场走走消化一下 因为吃得太饱了 打发时间下又不知不觉已经是晚餐时间 等着男友的妹妹和哥哥放工后就去吃pizza  男友之前就一直介绍这家意大利餐厅的pizza不是普通级的好吃 而且老板是真正的意大利人。从男友家去到那里蛮远的  而且那一区的店 环境 看起来比较高级 不像这几天经过的古色古香的街道  这里的感觉比较像是吉隆坡那样的大城市。这家店的员工都很热情 服务态度很好 而且都是用英文沟通 就连店里的客人也是  有点不习惯 因为这几天都一直听到周围的人都用广东话沟通。第一次来访 直接让服务员介绍他们家的招牌菜好了 主打的是猪肉pizza 所以也索性点了猪肉丸和培根pizza 上菜很快 pizza很大份 跟一般的pizza专卖店不一样 我吃出炭烤的味道 底层还有被烤焦黑黑的表面 饼皮很薄很脆  送上来之前就已经帮忙切好 方便客人分着吃 上层的料给得很多 别以为4人吃会不够 其实真的很饱...

Apparently, I'm going to write FOOD post again...It's all about food photos, not much fun place I visited, so I just summarise where I've been...

When I was in Ipoh a couple of months ago for attended friend's wedding, I only ate 2 types of Ipoh's famous foods in my spare time which were Tau Fu Fah at Funny Mountain奇峰豆腐花, Yong Tau Foo, Big Tree Foot and Dim Sum also is a MUST. I am very like to eat Dim Sum, I can't forget the taste and the egg tars were completely similar to Hong Kong one, egg tart is always my one of the favourite dim sum. The Funny Mountain Tau Fu Fah is allows customer Dri-Thru and buy it, the tau fu fan was very smooth and nice, wasn't sweet at all and the soy bean milk also is a MUST-TRY. The Big Tree Foot Yong Tau Foo, the reason of must drop here is the side dishes, there was many side dishes for customers to pick, and the Laksa noodles also is recommended. White Coffee definitely must try it, I can't stop drinking it everyday when I was in Ipoh. 

I was so so so upset that I just got half of the day to hunt Ipoh's food during the day of friend's wedding. Of course it wasn't enough for me, it wasn't satisfy my craving, and finally last week which was my midterm break, I went to Ipoh again and spent 5 days 4 nights to eat the Ipoh's food. Firstly, I went to TBS to meet my boyfie from Malacca by bus, then he brought me to Ipoh by train from KL Sentral. It was my very first time first experience take train to Ipoh, I even have no ideal go KL places  by MRT, LRT... LOL   Total spent my 4 hours plus reached Ipoh...

About 5pm we reached there, since I wasted my half of day on transportation to Ipoh, so I forced to start my food journey on the following day. I can't remember the place went for dinner, but I still wanna to say I Love Ipoh's Pohpiah, sorry about no pohpiah photo, it's really really different with Malacca's pohpiah. It contained vegetables, eggs, and xia mi (dried sea shrimp). Taste very fresh, no oily, such a healthy snacks and very cheap, only RM2 per piece. 

On the first day, I purposely woke up early for the DIM SUI as my first food hunting. There were 3 famous dim sum restaurants at Jalan Leong Sin Nam. Three of them dim sum are mostly same just the price has slightly different, somehow I went to the most cheaper one明阁香港点心 Ming Court Hong Kong Tim Sum. I was craving for the cha sao su 叉烧酥 since my boyfie brought for me last time, unfortunately they are not selling this. In general, you can easily get the dim sum in everywhere even at Kopitiam as known cha can ting茶餐室, it is pretty awesome for me because I am a dim sum lover. BTW, here is another dim sum place that I would like to share with you, as I said my boyfie brought the cha sao su in another place, which was 南香茶餐室 Kedai Makanan Nam Heong at Jalan Bandar Timar.

Been spending money on "friend's gathering" recently

Wanted to find a part time job during school holiday but couldn't find suitable one

NO pc fair event job! I hate it seriously! Had experienced once before, it was like a nightmare 

Anyway, 6 weeks holiday going to end and back to school soon #time flies  

A new opened restaurant lately

First Malacca branch Old Town White Coffee Grand at Kota Laksamana, Malacca

It was at right corner, behind (Er-Lou) Second Floor Cafe 

 (Opposite Swan Hotel/ Simply Fish Restaurant)

As I know, the first Old Town Grand in Ipoh

The environment, the menu completely different with common Old Town White Coffee 

But price doesn't increase! More or less same even worthy!

Was went twice in a day, met my friend and had lunch there 

Then brought my boyfie for dinner at night

All-Day Big Breakfast RM14.90
Nasi Lemak RM15.90

Nasi Lemak was very very nice!!! All the side dishes were different with common Old Town menu

It extra including chicken satay and keropok (Malay's snack)

*Sambal also very nice

Atmosphere was awesome! Feels like a fancy restaurant

It was very clean and the staffs were very polite, their service almost prefect! 

All of them are local staffs, mostly Old Town(Malacca)staffs all from foreign 

Business Hour: 9am-12 midnight Mon-Sun

How was your Chinese New Year?

 I was so bored, most of the time just stayed at home or went for gym or met up with friends. 

Found a new bistro in romance environment. 

Cousin told me that they served food super slow but I got different experienced when I dine in here, they served us about 10 mins only!

Less people at 8pm but was getting lot guests after 10pm.

Generally, people come for drinks, here only provide few tiger beers, not much choices.

Carbonara, my friend doesn't like because it tasted was very light, totally no cheesy and creamy, it depends on your taste, maybe some of you will like light taste. And she complained the serving wasn't enough for her, it was only spaghetti without added meat or side dishes.   

Pork Chop, I liked it at first bite, I think they still can improve their cooking, it was a bit of peppery aftertaste.

They didn't mention"chef recommended" beside the menu.

 Personally, I prefer the restaurant has mention it, easy for me to know their best selling food and how worth to try.

Since my friend was complaining, so we ordered seafood pizza RM25. I thought it was like common Italian pizza, thin and large serving. When the staff sent us the mini pizza, we were like speechless....

We stunned a while, looked at each other, somehow, I felt as if I had been cheated. 

It was really a MINI pizza! Smaller than Pizza Hut Personal 6'' size, the size as big as your palm.

Suggestion: Overall, food, barely acceptable, but still need to improve, not suggest to dine here, very costly and not worthy, but if you not sensitive with the price, you can try it.
