Burger Collection! Only in Malacca (Melaka)

It's FOOD POST AGAIN!!! I've been hunting for burgersss lately! Have few nice burgers must be intro...I will combine all together into one post since I have 3 types of burger restaurants to write...

First of all, I think everyone should be know this restaurant because it quite famous...
The Baboon House, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock (Jonker Walk) Melaka

Well...the price is kinda high I personally think because of located in tourist attraction? and service average but the burgers is delicious... The business hours is open at 11am I am not sure the actual of closing time... I went there on Saturday, around 2pm...My friend and I were lining up for 30 minutes, luckily we were just 2 person and it was easy to have a seat... I think they were not hired enough chefs cause we were waiting for our orders more than 30 minutes! We were so starving and craving for food and I felt so sorry to my friend, his stomach was starting made sound while waiting for burgers. Photography is not allow but I stealthily took few photos....The building is still retaining the Baba & Nyonya's house and the decoration they purposely put some acts and old stuffs on the wall and racks....

 Both were chicken burgers but the tastes were slightly different! The top one taste was like smoked chicken burger, RM16.90 (top) and RM14.90 (bottom)

The next place was Burger Byte, opposite the Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC), Ayer Keroh

It's operating by Malay, price and service were satisfied, not only selling chicken but also have beef and lamb burgers, of course it was pork free!  Here is the menu... I was sitting outside of shop because it was smell of oil and smoke in the shop

I didn't eat the beef burger so I can't explain how taste it was I cannot eat beef because of my religion I ordered chicken garlic, taste was pretty good although the bread was a lil bit oily but when I ate the bread I can tasted and my mouth is full of garlic smell, the smell was not too strong it was acceptable for me.... The middle part wasn't fillet chicken, it was smoked minced chicken, I think this is their burger's attractive

The last burger station was Oblong Burger Station at Kampung Lapan, business hours 5.30pm till 3am, also opening by Malay...I've been knowing this place for quite long time but never had a chance to eat...They're selling fast foods which are burgers, sandwiches, snacks and so on..The serving was super huge! Never expected they were providing the X-LARGE size of burger.. Is it all dishes serving are huge? I think YES! I feel so guilty and feel so fatty after I ate especially taken in the middle of the night! Of course I ordered chicken burger, I think it was their main selling point... Hmm...it was peppery for my taste but put mayonnaise and cheese on top was so tasty! It's only cost RM11

I recommend the last two burgers which are BurgerByte and Oblong Burger, I don't think Baboon House is nice because it isn't that really worthy and cheap, honestly it's normal...

Travel with Family or Friends?

Well, the new building KLIA 2 is already opened, a lot of Facebook users was tagging and check in KLIA 2 lately, feel annoying honestly! But I'm not interested at all...Yeah, I love to travel, Paris is my dream, wish could go there one day. I like to travel alone or with family, I had planned travel with friends but I really don't wish that.. The benefits travel with family are I can save money, I don't need spend my own money, my parents will buy me a lot of delicious but expensive foods and goods, and of course will stay at a luxury hotel...I even don't need plan and arrange schedules for others, I don't need to ask for suggestion or agrees, I can enjoy the trip in peaceful and freedom as well as travel alone.

Of course there has so much fun travel with friends, but the big problem have to face is the money the budget problem! You have to plan and plan, count and count all the budgets and schedules, you have to make everyone agrees with you, you have to make everyone satisfies, you have to follow everyone's mood... I'm always the leader in group of friends, maybe I am the person who quite active, sometimes I feel annoy and troublesome because I have to ask their time one by one, arrange the schedule nicely make them agree with me. If one of them doesn't want to go another one follow her too and at the end screw up everything!

My group isn't big just few people but also will influences each other's mood if one doesn't in the mood or she shows her attitude again...Settle meals is also a big problem! If your group have couple/s, it's very hard let one of them satisfied your plan. That's great if both are easygoing, but what if they aren't? When you suggest or just give a idea to eat, someone's face is showing she/he is doesn't want it. I don't like people acting, example when you say "it's okay, we separate go buy own foods" it doesn't mean you wanna abandon anyone, just you already feel someone is not agree with you. When you say you let them find for meals they want, let them have their own space I don't like take meal with couple especially the "romance couple" I can't stand for their "romantic ways" they start acting and say "never mind, it's okay we can lunch/dinner together" Okay, maybe they are try to be kind or "team-spirit", but hey! Don't show your annoying face to your friends, people try so hard to make everyone satisfies, if you don't really like it just say it don't let people to guess what are you thinking about.

Advise for those who are planning and going to travel, make sure you have plan B,C,D bla bla bla, just in case, must has a plan before you're going to do something. And remember must has a good communication with each other, no one wants to argue during the trip.

Blincon, FreshKon and FreshLook Contact Lens

I'm going to write about contact lens again and I will write another two brands. Of course I do love Freshlook (click related link) so much! But sometimes I just wanna try another brand, wanna know which product is suit for me....

As a smart consumer, you have right and must compare price to get the best price...Do not ever think that you can get a good and comfortable contact lens with the cheaper price on the internet! I personally don't suggest people buy contact lens (branded or unbranded) on internet, it's kinda troublesome to return if they send you wrong product or wrong power or even the contact lens is already spoiled. The most common problem that I always face is I feel eyes pain and feel uncomfortable when I wear the contact lens, I'm so sick and tired of return and change the contact lens at optical shop... Probably you guys don't know that contact lens can be return and change in optical shop, just tell the staff the problem then you will get the new one.

Share you my story, I bought 3 boxes of Blincon Elegance contact lens in optical shop because they were having promotion on the month, RM70 for 3 boxes, if want the 4th box have to pay the normal price   after few days I found a website which was online selling branded contact lens and they mentioned 100% original brands on their website, so I bought a box of Blincon contact lens from that website...When I compared the contact lens of the shop with the online selling website, I realized both sizes were make different! The size of contact lens I got from internet was bigger than optical shop! I didn't return and just threw it...

Okay..So I stop buying those unbranded contact lenses because the enlarge eyes effect was too much for me and of course it wasn't comfortable to wear. First color contact lens I bought was FreshLook ColorBlends, I wore daily wear Freshlook Colorblends, maybe my eyes are dry and sensitive eyes, quite hard to take contact lens out and makes my eyes drier every times, then I realized that daily wear only can wear for 4-5 hours, monthly wear for 8 hours And I'm used to change the type in every month, example this month I will wear color lens and the following month will be transparent type, the reason I do so because it can reduce eyes bloodshot.

So, I bought Blincon Elegance (3 months) -Crystal Grey and Topaz Brown, FreshKon Mosaic (Monthly) -Urban Grey. 
The disadvantage of Blincon Elegance contact lens it was too exaggerated of bigger eyes effect and the quality wasn't good too. For those who would like to get a natural and charming eyes, want a moderate bigger eyes effect contact lens, when you're choosing contact lens notice it whether has the outer black edge or not. Diameter 14.2mm but it looks like 15/16mm

Because my friend said FreshKon wouldn't make she feel uncomfortable, so I decided to get a new contact lens FreshKon Mosaic, diameter 14.2mm. As I mentioned just now, my eyes are dry, so after 4 hours I wore, my eyes started pain and even driest. FreshKon Urban Grey color quite dark it wasn't obvious...Since I've tried another two brand of contact lens, I found that both are really not suit for me and now I'm using Freshlook Colorblends again, 14.2mm. The color is not too bright and not too dark and of course I think it's suit for me, makes me look pretty and charming.

*Kindly reminded, if you are used to get your current contact lens, PLEASE do not ever change the brand! Unless you found there is another brand suit for your eyes too. If you are staying under air-con condition in long period and you used to wear cosmetic lens, bring tiny eye drops (only for contact lenses) along.

My internship - Wanwang Tarts House

People might be confused my job, it's really got many things can learn can do in office...Upstairs office is doing patent and downstairs is a souvenir shop, they having making pineapple tarts class and making biscuits class...First time taught kindergarten how to make pineapple tarts and biscuits, it such an interesting experience!

Hmm...is not only for kindergarten, everyone can join this class as long as you are interested in it....They are so cute!  I felt happy when they called me "teacher, I don't know how to do this.."The feelings....is like...a mother take care of her children? LOLLLL I don't know how to describe my feelings, just like to teach them...First time I can be so patience with kids, I don't really like kids actually especially when they cry! Feels so annoy... Got few kids were very lazy to do, they were sitting there and waiting for their teachers made for them, I don't think that it's a good thing for them, I won't spoil them and I will show them how to do it and hold his/her hands do together, at least they got try to do... Making biscuit class can helps them to be more creative, they can do any cartoon or pattern they like, I don't think their work is ugly, I think is cute and special, can see how creative they are, by the way it also can train my patience...The moment with them is so unforgettable though I just spent for 2 hours with them...

After I intern I realized that being a student is more relax more comfortable more happiness than work....Yeah, of course you got salary, you can buy anything that you want if you're working...People used to tell me working is so stressful, that kind of stress is come from..... you have to beware of people surrounding you, your colleagues while you're working...My colleague told me that work is like a war, face a lot of works everyday, against your enemies all the time, is it why people will get depression?

大雄民宿 Melaka Town Homestay

Many of budget hotels are building in Malacca now. Most people would rather stay in budget hotels, although they are cheaper than hotels but the facilities are lesser than homestay. May be people will confuse between homestay and budget hotel, budget hotel same as hotel, rooms are separate and it can't take in more than 6 guests, but homestay can stay for more than 8 persons...Homestay suitable for 12 people, like family, a big group, come for gathering, party or others purpose. Of course price is cheaper than budget hotel.

大雄民宿位于马六甲市中心 Melaka town area，出入方便，不管到旅游景点还是去吃马六甲最著名的美食或是土产，短暂的车程便能抵达目的地。大方慷慨的老板提供最好的服务和设备，他说要是有节日，就会抽空布置美化一下他的民宿，希望来这里住的客人能感受的气氛。还是会有一些自称自己经营的是Homestay可是规格却和Budget Hotel没什么分别，而这家大雄民宿却是让你能租下一整间家跟自己人聚会，并不是一间房一间房地租出去。价钱很便宜，不超过马币四百块，一共有三间房间，一间房间可以到四个人睡，来到这里真的有像自己家的感觉，要什么有什么非常方便！虽然冷气有很多架，但是就算不开冷气，只是开着大门吹吹风也很凉爽，空气很流通，一点都不闷热，晚上还能看到马六甲的夜景呢！

Da Hong Homestay is located at Kampung Lapan which is Melaka town area, it is near the attractions and shopping malls. The homestay was operated half a year, landlord is very kind and friendly, he was wiling to provide all my request, gave me all my wants and needs. This is also one of reason why people will give compliment of this homestay. He said sometimes he will decorate his homestay if there is any festivals, he hopes people will get surprise and feel warm when stay here.

It is a private unit of vacation home therefore not rent by room. Price is below than RM400, apartment newly renovated with 3 rooms, can stay for 12 person, each room can take in about 4 people and having private car park also. He said he was put a lot of efforts into design of homestay, it simple but elegant, there is no much different from photos, space is spacious, clean and comfortable. Having good ventilation inside and can enjoy Melaka view at night.

老板说他有重新粉刷过，也很用心设计这家民宿，简单到来很优美，照片上跟真实环境简直没分别，光线很足，客厅到厨房都很宽敞，给予足够的冷气和风扇，住在这里一点都不闷热。才经营半年的民宿却得到很多青睐也不是没理由的。我个人是以干净和方便为主，所以大雄民宿对我来说是无可挑剔，真的要说的话可能是要上到四楼吧....因为那是一间在第四楼的租屋，不过上到楼看到那么漂亮舒服的民宿，什么都值得了，再说本人体力就很好，四楼其实也没有很高啦....老板还特地安装ASTRO, DVD机和麻将，到了晚上多的是东西来打发时间。

Universal Studios Singapore USS

Universal Studios Singapore (USS), the first trip of my holiday before I start my work..Yeah, it was my first experienced and I was very excited...We went there by bus, we bought package from 707 bus only RM188 per person, it was included ticket price, it's more cost effective if buy package because the fare is free and they will give you car park redemption voucher, shopping discount voucher, meal discount voucher and the bus fee voucher, sound great isn't it?

But have to wake up early if you take bus, I woke up late that day, I didn't make up and wore very casual, the pant I wore on the day was sport pant. My hair is so troublesome, I always use about 30 minutes to 1 hour do my hair if I wash hair, but now I have to work,so I wash and straighten before I go to sleep, and the next morning I just use 5 minutes to do my hair. 

First theme park I stepped was Transformers, it was so cool and it was the only one I like.. It scared me actually because I sat in the first row, I think it moves a little bit fast for me ...Should I say it was a lucky day? My brother told me the weather is very hot and a lot of people line up there, you have to wait your turn for so long...I was worried about it at first but it was raining heavily on that day, weather was cold and not so much people, we just queued for 5 to10 minutes...No, I wouldn't stop playing even it was raining...Then after lunch continued next station....

The next station was Far Far Away, raincoat was very very expensive, my mom still keep it, she said too expensive can't throw, must reuse lollll

Musical performed by zombie, vampire, wolf, catwoman and so on... Showtime is 12.30pm , 2.30pm and 5.45pm

Went to watch how those directors make films, was a amazing show but I felt so annoying! I hate all the theme park got put the water effect, it got me wet all the time
