Workout at Hatten Hotel

Well..I'm busy on workout recently and of course my study too... Taking 5 major subjects in this semester *feel like dying! Okay...honestly, I had been going to exercise everyday with my dad last time and controlled my meals and stop eating junk foods within 3 months, of course it was worked ! But after I started in love I became lazy and all fats came back to me..

I had tried the London Weight Management treatment before, it was very very awful! The treatment was actually quite simple, just went there for sauna and wrapped my body, lay on the heat bed to burn my fats. They will provide you a daily meals when you start the treatment, control you what can eat and how much meals you can take. I don't really encourage girls to on diet, yes...maybe your tummy will become smaller if you few days didn't eat, but many of you might not realize that once you take meal you will be under control and order so much of foods to satisfy your craving! Not only that, skipping meals will cause gastric! Example London Weight Management! I remembered last time she asked me to eat 5 biscuits and drink warm water for breakfast, 1/2 bowl rice, chicken/ fish and a lot of vegetables for lunch, only vegetables or only soup for my dinner..It was sound crazy right?! I admit I lost my weight about 5 kg in few months but after I finished treatment I didn't control my meals, I started eating many many junk foods and soon I became fat again...

There is no way better than workout! My boyfie is workout addict, actually I don't like indoor exercise I prefer outdoor, I think that running on treadmills is kind of stupid thing, is like you won't move forward no matter how you increase the speed...One day, I bumped into my old friend in shopping mall, I couldn't recognize her at all! She has slimmed down a lot since last year! She said she take breakfast as normal serving, then only eat oat for lunch and skip her dinner, She lost for 14kg in only 2 months! After that I changed my mind, I always complain I'm fat infront of him so he force me go for gym with him, not only running on treadmill, I also got train few and simple weight training, I do skipping at home too if I skipped workout for few days, I'll feel guilty after I ate so much foods and without burn it... I'm still in weight loss process, maybe it's not obvious because I didn't skip meals like my friend did, I just control my meals and trying to eat less

Added: Went to gym at Hatten Hotel on 12th floors last two weeks, space was small and less facilities, don't think it was better than others gym...
